1 cup tuar dal ,2 hari mirch kati hui, 1 barik kata tamater ,1 barik kata pyaz ,1/2 tsp lehsun adrak ka paste, 1/2 tsp haldi powder ,1/2 tsp red mirch powder, 1/2 tsp dhaniya powder, 1/2 tsp salt, 1/2 cup oil, 1/2 tsp jeera, dhaniya patti. Banane ka tarikka. Sabse phele Dal acche se wash kr le an cooker me 2 glass pani dale aur ubal aane de jese hi ubal aajaye usme dal ,salt ,lehsun adrak ka paste , dhaniya powder,mirch powder,haldi powder dal kr 4 whistle ke bad 5 minute gas low flame kr de 5 minute bad gas band kr de aur dal ka dhakkan khol de  dale acche se mix kr de. Tadka banane ke liye ek pan me oil garam Kare is me jeera tadkaye ab is me hari Mirch,pyaz dal kr 2minute pakaye ab is me tamater dal de aur 2 minute pakakr dal me dal de upper se hara dhaniya patti bhi dal de. Taiyar he aapki dal tadka.
